Most importantly perhaps, is our ability to really listen to our clients and hear what they envision in their new home. Their ideas and wish lists are combined with our suggestions to create ultimate living spaces. We find this process to be fun and rewarding for both our firm and our clients.
When it comes to the construction phase, we only work with extremely talented and professional builders. Formed over many years, these partnerships have created project team's who understand and communicate well visually and verbally, producing successful solutions.

Additions
Sometimes all you want or need is a little extra space, or maybe it's just the opposite and what you need is a lot of added space. Many of our homeowner clients today, whether it's for reasons based on pandemic precautions or simply their lifestyle, need new spaces. These spaces often serve as home offices, relaxation or zen areas, home gyms, classrooms for their children, or anything else you can imagine. We also have clients with multi-generational families living together, in need of creating more private spaces within the home or new ADUs.

For homeowners and business owners alike, it's very rewarding to take an existing space and breathe new life into it. We also understand how challenging it can be to try to transform a space in which you've lived for many years. We've worked with clients who have many ideas of their own, some who are great DIYers, clients who have no preconceived ideas at all, to everything in between.

Commercial
Our commercial design experience goes back 35 years. For the last 20, we've specialized in retail, medical/dental, municipalities, private schools, restaurants and bars, lodging, and mixed use (above photo). The process of custom commercial building design typically entails property visibility studies, generating detailed plans, and conducting Owner-to-Agency meetings. Once construction begins, we coordinate within our design team and with the contractor, while communicating with our clients throughout the process. For an additional cost, we may be available to help you through the permitting process as well.
